Who we are

Casebridge is a trading name of Meridian Web Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15659524). Our registered office is 19 Hillside, Whitwell, Worksop, S80 4PF.

We are the controller of the personal information described in this notice. For anything about it, email hello@getcasebridge.com. We haven’t appointed a data protection officer, so that address reaches the people responsible.

What this notice covers

This notice covers this website, getcasebridge.com, and the messages you send us. It doesn’t cover the Casebridge service itself.

When an organisation uses Casebridge for its forms and casework, that organisation decides what personal information is collected and why. It is the controller, and we process the information on its behalf, under our contract with it. If you filled in a form or applied for something through Casebridge, the organisation’s own privacy notice applies, and it is the one to contact about your information.

Visiting this website

We don’t use cookies, analytics or tracking of any kind on this website, and it doesn’t load anything from other sites.

If you choose light or dark mode, your browser remembers the choice in its own local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

The website is hosted by Microsoft on Azure in the UK South region. As with any website, your browser sends your IP address and some details about the browser with each request. The web server records each request (your IP address, the page, your browser and the time) in logs that we keep for 30 days, to keep the site secure and to fix problems. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

Contacting us

When you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write. We use it to reply and, if you ask, to discuss whether Casebridge suits your organisation. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or taking steps you ask for before entering into a contract.

Our email is provided by Namecheap, Inc. (Private Email), which stores our mailbox. Namecheap is based in the United States, so your message may be stored or handled outside the UK.

We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact. If an enquiry leads to a contract, we keep the correspondence for as long as the contract runs and six years after it ends, the period in which a claim about a contract can be brought.

We don’t send marketing emails, we don’t sell or share your information for anyone else’s marketing, and we don’t make automated decisions about you.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• correct information that’s wrong or incomplete;
• delete your information;
• restrict how we use it, or object to our using it;
• give you information you provided in a form you can pass to someone else.

Email hello@getcasebridge.com. We’ll reply within one month. There’s no charge.

Complaints

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first, so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
